William Conaboy was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, on May 8, 1958. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree, cum laude, from the University of Scranton in 1980. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in 1983.
In 1984, he was admitted to the Bar in the Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania.
William is General Counsel to Allied Services. William previously served as Legal Counsel to and a staff member of Senator Robert J. Mellow, Minority Leader of the Pennsylvania Senate.
