Christina (Chris) was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania on July 6, 1978.  She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Scranton in 2000 and her Juris Doctorate from Villanova University School of Law in 2003.

In 2003 she was admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
