Edwin (Ned) Abrahamsen was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on August 2, 1951. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 1973 and his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law in 1976.
In 1976, he was admitted to the Bar in the Pennsylvania and U.S. District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania. He was admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit in 1980 and was admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States of America in 1993.
In addition to his practice with individuals and small businesses, Ned has served as Solicitor for various organizations, including:
