Kevin Conaboy was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, on May 25, 1971. He attended Villanova University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing in 1993. He was awarded his Juris Doctorate from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1999. He is admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
