Charles F. Lieberman was born in Butler Township, Pennsylvania, on May 2, 1935. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Drexel University in 1963, a Master of Arts in Education from Montclair State in 1968, and his Juris Doctorate from the Villanova School of Law in 1971.
In 1971, he was admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania. He is also admitted in the U.S. District Court, Middle and Eastern Districts.
In addition to his practice with individuals and small businesses, Charlie is the former District Attorney for Pike County, Pennsylvania, and Solicitor for Shohola Township.

As a civil litigator, he handles commercial litigation, employment compliance law, civil rights and professional liability claims. Charles’ practice also includes personal injury, wills and estates and real estate law.
